We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced healthcare professional to join our team in an Aged Care Facility on the Gold Coast.

About The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the health and wellbeing of our residents through rehabilitation, restorative care and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional assessments and post-falls reviews to identify areas of risk and develop tailored care plans.
  • Deliver short-term rehabilitation and restorative care programs to improve mobility and function.
  • Develop and lead small-group exercise classes and wellness programs to promote physical activity and overall wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective care plans that meet individual needs.
  • Prescribe exercise programs and provide manual handling education sessions to ensure safe patient handling practices.
