We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our school grounds, ensuring they are safe and attractive for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the quality of our playing fields, sports facilities, and outdoor spaces
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as grass cutting, pruning, and cleaning
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including lawn mowers, tractors, and other machinery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in horticulture or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
