About the Role
The InsideOut Institute is seeking a skilled Psychologist to lead their Clinical Trials. In this dynamic role, you will work in a cutting-edge clinical trial environment, focused on treating eating disorders with innovative and creative patient-centred care. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with clinicians, academic researchers, and external partners in a co-production framework.

As a Clinical Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the clinical delivery within the trial, under the direction of the chief investigator.
  • Delivering high-quality psychological therapy to trial participants.
  • Supervising and supporting clinicians in delivering patient-centred care.
  • Collaborating closely with research and clinical teams.
  • Overseeing the collection and management of clinical data.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Proven experience in delivering mental health and/or substance use interventions within clinical trial settings.
  • SIGNIFICANT clinical experience in the treatment of eating disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
