Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the concierge and workplace services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, leading by example, and fostering a positive work environment.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all concierge services are executed and delivered, managing staff performance, and providing information and assistance to visitors, tenants, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, displaying a hands-on style of management
- Maintain a compassionate and understanding nature, being considerate and welcoming visitors as they arrive on site
- Monitor team performance, presentation, and escalate issues that arise
- Ensure all concierge services are correctly recorded and monitored
- Manage contractor sign in/inductions/keys and ensure no unauthorized person gains access to the building
- Endeavor to remember clients' first names while greeting/interacting with them
- People-centric approach, offering an emotional connection with others
- Committed to the well-being of others, anticipating needs and wants, and offering genuine warmth in all interactions
- Authentic in actions and conduct, demonstrating real empathy and respect in all interactions
- Confident and capable, reassuring others that you know what to do
