We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about claims handling and wants to work in a dynamic environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims from receipt through to resolution. You will work closely with our internal teams, brokers, and customers to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage claims from receipt through to resolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Communicate with customers and brokers to gather information and update them on claim progress
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and effectively
Analyse and assess claims to determine coverage and potential outcomes
Develop and implement strategies to improve claim outcomes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in claims handling, preferably in the insurance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
Highly organized and able to manage competing deadlines
