About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Coordinator to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning.

Job Description
  • Welcome families with a friendly and professional demeanor while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Conduct visitor tours, assist with children's enrollments, and support new team orientations.
  • Utilize our Salesforce, Qikkids, and Story Park systems to manage accounts and monitor ongoing payments.
  • Prioritize tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries in accordance with company procedure.
  • Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests.
  • Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to handle difficult conversations in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check.
  • PRODA Number (or willing to obtain).
