Job Summary:

CROSSMARK Australia, a DKSH Smollan Company, is seeking a skilled Retail Planogram Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Planogram Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality point-of-sale displays in-store, building relationships with store managers and team members, and reporting tasks and photos daily via our StoreTrack App.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build visually appealing point-of-sale displays that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with store managers and team members to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Report daily tasks and photos via our StoreTrack App to ensure seamless communication and task management

Requirements:

  • Supermarket retail experience is desirable but not essential
  • A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Minimum of 3-4 days required availability, including Wednesday and Thursday
