Operational Excellence Lead

VMCH is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to join our team.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you lead and manage key business projects and initiatives aimed at maintaining excellence in our home care services.
Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on-time and on-budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, reporting on key performance metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
- Implement the transformation strategy for Home Care services in alignment with leadership objectives.
- Lead change management and adoption strategies for new workflows and practices.
As a highly skilled project manager, you will leverage data-driven insights to drive operational decisions and support the deployment of new systems and practices.
About YouWe are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Home Care operational management or business project management within the aged care sector.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing complex operational projects as a delivery lead or project manager.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS applications, including Visio.
- Strong understanding of home care operations, including program management and workforce management.
- In-depth knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data-driven operational reporting and stakeholder management, as well as familiarity with BI tools and client management systems (e.g., CareLink, MS Dynamics).
What We OfferCompetitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
