About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Repco, Australia's leader in Automotive Aftermarket Parts. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in leading the store to achieve success and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the operations of the store and drive sales growth.
  • Coach and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Live and breathe our company values, creating a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our commitment to quality, expertise, and knowledge.
  • Be a safety leader, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself, team members, and customers.
  • Set a positive example to our team at all times, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience or a proven track record of leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in retail or trade, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
  • Ideal candidate will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and a valid driver's license.
  • Flexible availability and the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
