Food Service Team Member

This is a challenging position that requires an individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that all aspects of the dining experience are managed efficiently.
Responsibilities- Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies;
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests;
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies;
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees;
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards;
- Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information;
- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time, move objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
