The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure timely bug resolution and retesting of fixes.
  • Gather project requirements and identify test scenarios with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Support and coordinate UAT and SIT testing throughout the organization as required.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Develop and perform End to End Integration testing, API Testing, and API Automation where applicable.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a software tester in a cloud environment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong proficiency in API testing and automation using Postman.
  • Experience with web automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium/WebdriverIO/Cypress or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments and applications, including event-based testing.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and iPaaS products and related testing scope and methodologies.
  • Experience in ETL testing and data transformation processes, particularly with Snowflake.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficient in test case and defect management tools, e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr.
