Service Delivery Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering labor market information to ensure growth in employment opportunities through referrals, placements, and outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on KPIs and performance, with the ability to develop high-performing teams, coach, mentor, and manage employees. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with local labor market and industry knowledge and experience, as well as a proven track record of achieving results and KPIs. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required, including the ability to upload and format online information and websites.

The ideal candidate will have a current valid driver's license and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver labor market information to ensure growth in employment opportunities through referrals, placements, and outcomes
  • Develop high-performing teams, coach, mentor, and manage employees
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Have local labor market and industry knowledge and experience
  • Achieve results and KPIs
  • Operate as an effective team member

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Commerce, Arts, Business, Social Sciences or related field
  • Minimum - 5 years' industry business experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams, coach, mentor, and manage employees
  • Demonstrated local labor market and industry knowledge and experience
  • Proven track record of achieving results and KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
