We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud platforms, application product support, and code-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite resolution and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to ensure continued operability of software solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge and hands-on skills with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration, particularly Kubernetes.
  • Good understanding of problem-solving and incident management processes along with ITIL knowledge.
  • Intermediate knowledge of databases (Oracle/SQL Server/etc).
  • Extensive debugging and troubleshooting skills on code-based applications.
  • Understanding of basic electrical concepts and network monitoring concepts.
