We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Branch Operations Associate to become a vital part of our Rosebery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service at the counter;
  • Assisting customers over the phone;
  • Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment;
  • Picking and packing orders efficiently;
  • Loading and unloading deliveries;
  • Delivering goods using company vehicles;

What You Can Anticipate:

  • Accurately managing and tracking local delivery runs;
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the branch and vehicles;
  • Handling retail sales and customer inquiries with outstanding service;
  • Engaging in order picking, warehousing, and inventory management;
  • Upholding the values, policies, and procedures of Plumbers Co-op while being a supportive team member;
  • Uniforms will be provided;
  • Participating in weekly BBQ breakfasts with team members;
  • Opportunities for school leavers to apply, with a clear career path towards becoming a Branch Manager.

About You:

  • Possession of a valid manual driver's license is essential;
  • A forklift license is desirable but not mandatory;
  • Demonstrated reliability and a positive 'Can do' attitude;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • A sense of pride in maintaining a clean and organized workplace;
  • Ability to uphold high standards of work;
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial;
  • A team player with a strong focus on safety.
