Role Overview

The Christmas Casual Sales Assistant role involves creating magical moments for customers during the festive season. This includes connecting with customers and providing a one-of-a-kind shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences to create lasting impressions
  • Ensure store presentation standards are maintained through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning
  • Process customer transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system
  • Exceed sales targets by meeting business key performance indicators
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style
  • Adopt a positive attitude towards all areas of work
  • Have an eye for detail and passion for styling and visual merchandising
  • Be comfortable with large stock volumes, stock management, and in-store fulfillment
  • Align with our core values and desire to be part of a supportive team culture
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through delivering exceptional customer service

This is a casual role requiring full availability to work throughout November to January, including extended trade, weekends, and Public Holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
