Job Description:

As a Tax Senior Manager, you will lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting efforts for privately held business clients. This includes managing client relationships, leading engagement teams, and contributing to practice growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor engagement teams.
  • Provide innovative tax planning and compliance advice.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Support firm-wide projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • CPA or JD required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in Private Client Services taxation.
  • Knowledge of C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and tax research.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Location:
  • Buffalo, NY; Cleveland, Akron, or Youngstown, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Detroit or St. Clair Shores, MI.
  • Hybrid work environment.
