The Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead a team to deliver excellent customer experiences, drive sales, and maximise profit while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Successfully lead a team to achieve overall brand standards and results on a particular shift
  • Motivate and support your team to drive feel-good customer experiences, deliver delicious safe food, drive sales, and maximise profit
  • Use time management and communication skills to ensure all tasks are completed to best-in-class standards
Requirements
