Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

 

Job Description:

 

As a seasoned expert in customer service, you are poised to excel in this role. Lead the front desk and porte-cochere team to ensure daily operations are efficient and guests are responded to promptly.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise and provide guidance to the porter valet team to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Assist the chief concierge to ensure that the highest standards of service are achieved.
  • Create a positive work environment that drives motivation, builds morale and teamwork.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

You will need:

 

  • Passion to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Experience in a leadership position with the ability to motivate and engage the team.
  • Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
