Job Overview

As a Generative AI Professional, you will work closely with clients to solve complex challenges. Your primary focus will be on delivering bespoke AI solutions, including designing and developing intelligent agents, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns, and building robust data pipelines and APIs to support these applications.

You will also ensure the operational excellence and strategic success of your solutions by implementing continuous integration and delivery workflows, monitoring model performance, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients.

A key part of your role will be presenting compelling Proof of Value demonstrations and clearly communicating the business impact of your technical work to client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, bespoke generative AI solutions for clients.
  • Design and develop intelligent agents and implement RAG patterns.
  • Build robust data pipelines and APIs to support AI applications.
  • Implement CI/CD workflows and monitor model performance in production.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and present Proof of Value demonstrations.
  • Closely collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Generative AI & Frameworks: Hands-on experience building advanced AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns, with practical skills in frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and platforms such as the Google AI Development Kit.
  • Cloud-Agnostic Application Development: Proven track record of building and deploying production-quality Python solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), using serverless, data pipelines, and API gateways.
  • MLOps & Automation: Experience implementing MLOps and automated CI/CD pipelines to deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production.
  • Client Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Requirements Translation & Problem-Solving: Ability to translate client challenges into practical functional and technical AI requirements.
  • Technical Presentations & Demos: Experience presenting technical architecture and delivering PoV demos that showcase business impact.
  • Collaboration & Credentials: Strong team player with professional cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) in architecture, development, or ML.
