AI Powered Engineering Leader

  • As a senior AI engineer, you will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale, complex engineering initiatives.

About the Role:

The role of AI Powered Engineering Leader involves tackling the largest and most complex problems in the team, from technical design to production. You will translate requirements into solid engineering deliverables, delegate work to squad members, and rapidly experiment with emerging AI-assisted engineering tools. You will also partner effectively with engineering squads across the Group to support real-world testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into concrete AI solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Rapidly experiment with emerging AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative AI-powered solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of a culture of innovation.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced AI engineer who has a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex engineering initiatives. You should have a working knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in accelerating the product development lifecycle. You should also have deep knowledge of architectural patterns, cloud-native solutions on AWS & Azure, microservices architecture, solutions integration, and containerization. Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with a passion for upskilling engineers and fostering a culture of innovation, are essential.
