Vehicle Fleet Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a national RV and motorhome rental fleet.

In this position, you will work closely with branch maintenance teams and repairers to ensure efficient fleet management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering the vehicle repairs inbox
  • Processing invoices for fleet services
  • Raising purchase orders for maintenance supplies
  • Distributing weekly fleet reports
  • Ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution across the network

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A high school certificate or equivalent (a tertiary qualification in Travel and Tourism or Administration is desirable)
  • Previous experience in fleet administration support or data processing roles
  • Some mechanical knowledge or experience would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Advanced computer and organizational skills
