About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver exceptional early learning experiences. You'll be responsible for leading curriculum development, inspiring practice across the team, and guiding the implementation of educational frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead curriculum development and inspire practice across the team
  • Support and mentor educators in delivering high-quality educational programs
  • Guide the implementation of educational frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement through our quality improvement process
  • Build strong partnerships with families and support children's individual learning journeys
You Will Have:
  • Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education (as approved by relevant authorities)
  • In-depth knowledge of current educational approaches and frameworks
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring
  • Experience in a similar leadership or Educational Leader role is highly regarded
  • A current Working with Children Check
