Key Responsibilities- Generate and maximize sales by consistently offering exceptional customer service
- Support and actively collaborate with colleagues to build towards the efficiency of the team and store's success
- Perform stock-related tasks, such as stock and accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries
- Ensure high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards consistently
- Adhere to VM and Health and Safety guidelines
- Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting that focuses on customer service
- Operational stock room experience is beneficial for this role
- High levels of enthusiasm and drive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent bonus scheme - bonuses are paid quarterly when your store hits target
- Uniform - retail colleagues are entitled to a uniform allowance which is refreshed every 6 months
