JLL's team works with global organizations to deliver onsite solutions.
The role of Performance Scheduler is critical in ensuring that planned and routine maintenance activities are delivered in accordance with contract, statutory, and OEM requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate technical preventative maintenance schedules with the facilities operations team
- Manage build updates within the CMMS system through contract changes and on/off processes
- Oversee the management of statutory compliance items by ensuring relevant preventative maintenance is conducted
- Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance performance reporting schedule
What You Will Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in facilities management or related field are desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
- Proven experience in managing and delivering schedule planning associated with asset management and maintenance strategies in a commercial environment
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, particularly Excel with a knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc.
