We are seeking a seasoned Senior Wills Lawyer to join our dynamic team.
Job DescriptionThis is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled lawyer with expertise in front-end Wills & Estates. As a Senior Wills Lawyer, you will be responsible for drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts, advising on estate planning strategies, and guiding clients through the probate and estate administration process.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and enduring guardianships.
- Providing expert advice on estate planning strategies, including tax-efficient solutions and succession planning.
- Representing clients in court proceedings related to estate administration and probate.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4–8 years' post-admission experience in front-end Wills & Estates.
- Strong drafting and advisory skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
- Tech-savvy and client-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
