Sales Representative Position

Are you seeking a stable career opportunity in customer service and sales? Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for delivering outstanding customer experiences?

  • Provide expert advice and pricing for domestic and international shipments.
  • Manage over-the-counter sales, handle telephone inquiries, and process online transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Accurately measure and weigh consignments, and delegate tasks to junior staff.
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Complete essential administrative tasks to maintain the Service Centre's smooth operation.
  • Coordinate communications within and outside the Service Centre.

You will work closely with our team to achieve sales excellence and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success.

Requirements
  • A minimum of Certificate IV qualification (TAFE or University courses are a bonus).
  • Proven success in customer-facing roles with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
