We're seeking a Retail Bakery Leader to head our bakery department, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through exceptional leadership and team management skills. As the head of our bakery team, you'll showcase your creativity while implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer loyalty.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of bakery staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and optimize ordering processes to minimize waste and costs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in retail bakery management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Knowledge of bakery products, including recipes, production methods, and quality control procedures.
  • Able to problem-solve, think critically, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
