Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our National Director and sales, leasing, and advisory operators within our Healthcare & Retirement Living team in Brisbane & Sydney.

This dynamic role will provide exposure to various aspects of the real estate industry. We offer flexibility regarding commencement date, with options available for starting at the beginning of December or mid-January.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating reports, submissions, and documentation
  • Assisting in marketing material production
  • Maintaining accurate client and property information on our database
  • Managing online listings on Colliers website and third-party platforms
  • Booking travel and accommodation as necessary
  • Reconciling invoices and expenses

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  • A degree or qualification in Marketing or Graphic Design is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level MS Office and Adobe skills, with preference given to experience in In-Design and CRM systems
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to implement improvements
  • Previous administration and marketing experience in commercial property would be advantageous
