**Salary:** $45-$50 per hour (estimated annual salary: $93,000 - $104,000)

**Company Overview:**

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Maintenance/Mechanical Fitters to discuss permanent full-time positions with ASAP starts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

We welcome 3rd and 4th-year apprentices to discuss exciting opportunities within our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any significant issues to management.
  • Assist with installations and upgrades of machinery as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Relevant trade qualifications (Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Fitting or equivalent) or currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year apprentice.
  • Proven experience in mechanical fitting or general maintenance roles preferred for fully qualified candidates.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
