About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager/Maintenance Officer to join our team at Vicinity Centres. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the general upkeep of our centres and ensuring a safe environment for retailers, customers, and the general public.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and operations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be proactive, organized, and efficient in everything you do, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the general upkeep of our centres, including repair and maintenance of internal and external structures, carparks, signage, road works, and gates.
  • Ensure the maintenance and servicing of retailer facilities within the centre, including staff toilets and loading docks.
  • Maintain and present centre malls and public facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Ensure centre lighting is maintained internally and externally.
  • Assist with centre minor capital expenditure programs.
