**Retail Sales Professional**

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Professional to join our team. As a Retail Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional retail experiences that fascinate shoppers through the presentation and demonstration of our machines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen interest in technology, and the ability to communicate complex information simply. You will also be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and multi-task with ease.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales conversion targets by showcasing the unique benefits of our products across various categories. You will also be expected to maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in your area and build strong relationships with store management and staff.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Availability for permanent weekend work
  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Experience within a premium retail environment is advantageous
  • A confident approach and a friendly, engaging manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate complex information simply
  • Ability to work independently
  • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Determination, passion, and drive for results

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on demonstrations with customers, showcasing the unique benefits of our products across various categories
  • Taking personal responsibility for achieving individual KPIs, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales while delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in your area, always looking for opportunities to increase our in-store presence
