Festival Operations Manager

Seeking a results-driven manager to oversee our chorus operations. This pivotal role involves collaboration with the Chorus Director in all aspects of administration, including rehearsal management, auditions, and performances.
The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the delivery of each year's Edinburgh Festival Chorus performances, ensuring seamless execution and excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Chorus Director in managing rehearsals, auditions, and performances.
- Collaborate with the Programming team to ensure successful festival performances.
Working Hours:
21 hours per week, negotiable within standard office hours (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) Monday to Friday, with the possibility of increased hours during peak periods, particularly in August.
Flexible working arrangements are essential, with evening and weekend work required at times, though this must not exceed the Working Time Directive limits.
Work Environment:
The post-holder will be part of a diverse and inclusive team valuing equality and striving for greater representation across staff, artists, and audiences.
