Career Opportunity for Social Media Professional

We are seeking an experienced and creative individual to join our dynamic team as a Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written copy, to share across social media channels
  • Ensure that all brands have content planned for all social channels, and own the end-to-end process of content ideation, planning, creation, scheduling and publishing, ensuring that all content is on brand and resonates with our audience
  • Coordinate monthly social content shoots together with wider Social team, including concepting, briefing and more
  • Analyse social media metrics and generate regular reports to measure campaigns' effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Build community engagement through regular interactions across all social channels and DM's
  • Assist on campaign shoots, where applicable
  • Monitor competitor content and activity, industry trends providing actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Leadership Team, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing initiatives

  • A beauty enthusiast with a passion for creating engaging content
  • Strong love of creating channel specific content and a creative eye
  • Proficiency in editing platforms and experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business
