About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecom Core Engineer to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. This role is focused on delivering exceptional expertise in CS and IMS Core, with a strong emphasis on integration, configuration changes, hardware expansion, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex telecom core network architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CS and IMS Core components.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to MSC, MGW, STP, SBC, and IMS nodes.
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of 3GPP CS and IMS Core protocols, including SIP, H.248, SS7, ISUP, BICC, SIGTRAN, INAP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SCCP, and Diameter.
  • Leverage Linux and virtualization technologies to optimize system performance and scalability.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Telecom Core Networks, with 3-4 years as a Solution Integrator.
  • Strong understanding of call flow in CS Core, VOLTE/IMS, and GSM/IN.
  • Competent in prepaid charging systems, SS7 stacks, INAP, CAMEL, and SIGTRAN.
  • Ability to translate technical procedures into customer-friendly language and identify project impacts.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience working with diverse teams.
