Employment Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employment Services Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with job coaches, managing wage subsidies, and entering placements in various locations including Bankstown, Burwood, Campsie, Miranda, Rockdale, and Hurstville.
- Support job seekers through employment services
- Manage placement data and ensure timely submissions
- Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for employment growth
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Employment Services
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- A valid driver's license
- A strong network of local businesses, training, and community organisations
