- Role Overview: In alignment with our 'Life Care Way', your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals in our care by actively cultivating an environment that enriches their life experiences. Reporting directly to the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will support clients in achieving their fullest potential by enhancing their independence and promoting a setting that encourages them to Live Every Day. Collaborating closely with families and volunteers, you will deliver care and engagement through effective social and/or engagement programs.
- Candidate Profile: We are looking for a compassionate and approachable individual who can connect with older adults with empathy and understanding. You should have exceptional organizational and time management abilities, along with a proficient level of computer skills.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Current flu vaccination
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Leisure & Health
