Job Overview

We are seeking a Court House Security Supervisor to join our team in Katherine, NT. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the team of Court House Security Officers.

About the Role
  • Location: Katherine, NT
  • Provide efficient staffing, rostering, and workforce planning to maintain operational continuity
  • Monitor and report on contractual service hours and operational performance metrics

This is a full-time role with potential earnings up to $******* p.a., subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Providing excellent customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
  2. Monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
  3. Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks
  4. Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
  5. Responding to emergency situations
  6. Contractor management duties
  7. Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must have full working rights and availability
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
  • Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
  • Must have a current and valid NT Security licence
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
  • Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
  • Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
