About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support in a dynamic team environment.
As a Frontline Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clients at Taree Community Health Centre. You'll engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, respond to enquiries, update demographics, open service requests, and book appointments via our patient management systems.
The role also involves supporting the LMNC Central Contact Point for Release of Information and contributing to various administrative functions that ensure seamless services delivery.
Every day will bring variety, from preparing mail-outs and scanning documents to helping clients access the right service stream and supporting clinicians in their work.
About the Team:
You will join a multidisciplinary team in the Manning area, working alongside supportive admin staff, skilled clinicians, and an experienced management team. Our culture is centred on delivering high-quality care and ensuring clinicians receive the necessary administrative support.
