About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Assistant to join our team at Kaleidoscope Legal Recruitment. As a Family Law Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers and clients in the preparation and management of family law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • File management and organization
  • Diary management and coordination
  • Liaising with clients, barristers, courts, and internal/external parties
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Preparing briefs to barristers
  • Arranging appointments and conferences
  • Billing and financial management
Requirements
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar family law assistant role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Great organizational and prioritization abilities
  • IT savvy with good technical skills
