Clinical Leader - Aged Care Residence

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality care at our aged care residence.

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing person-centred care to residents.
  • Maintain sound clinical governance and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing qualification with current registration.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in relationship-based care.
  • Strong coaching and training skills.
