We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Victoria, Australia.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, serving customers, and supervising staff. You will ensure the store runs smoothly during your shift by supporting and guiding team members, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively as part of the management team.

The specifics of the role include:

  • Opening and closing the store and overseeing shifts
  • Providing constructive feedback to the team
  • Assisting in training and onboarding new employees
  • Serving customers with a smile at the registers
  • Maintaining stocked shelves so customers can find their favourite products
  • Identifying and mitigating incidents or hazards to ensure a safe work environment
