Job Summary:

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to lead our Early Childhood team. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs, leading a team of Educators, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood professional to join our team. As a Senior Educator, you will:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality educational programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Educators to support their professional development

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check
