The Marketing Automation Specialist role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of marketing activities including campaigns, events, and growth initiative projects. The role also oversees the operations of campaign including marketing automation.
You will provide critical support to the Product Marketing team to ensure we deliver high-value outputs for the company that drive sales opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, strong technical expertise, and a passion for data-driven marketing.
What your day will look like:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Work with stakeholders (Product, Marketing and Sales teams) to coordinate relevant campaigns, events, and targeted initiatives.
Interpret requirements to execute planned activities, including performing audience/account segmentation, customer journey mapping, and attribution.
Build end-to-end campaign components, including landing pages, forms, hosted video, webinars, automations, dashboards.
Report on campaign performance metrics for stakeholders.
Play a proactive role in campaign planning, implementation, and reporting.
Monitor, report on, and evaluate the results of marketing campaign activities, including lead and opportunities generation from field marketing.
Analyse performance metrics against benchmarks to improve campaign performance. - Marketing Operations: Housekeeping and regular maintenance of Pardot and Salesforce CRM data and platform components.
Continually improve the marketing tech stack as directed by Operations Manager.
Curation of video on the Wistia Platform. - Events coordination for tradeshows, sponsorships, field events: Manage the logistics of Field events, including event presence, merchandising and on-stand lead capture process.
Evaluate collateral and promotional stocks to ensure availability for related marketing activities.
- Technical Competencies: CRM experience desirable, including Pardot, Salesforce; Webinar experience preferable; Basic HTML & CSS.
- Personal Attributes: Attention to detail; Understanding of end-to-end B2B marketing with digital and lead generation at the core; Excellent communication skills both oral and written; Strong analytical skills with a critical eye to validate data quality; Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines; Self-led with an ability to work alone or as part of a team; Ability to find practical solutions and make well-considered decisions; Ability to engage and build effective relationships with stakeholders and committees.
- Experiences: 3+ years' B2B Marketing Automation experience; Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns; Pardot/Salesforce certification highly desirable; Event management of both physical and virtual events.
