We are seeking a passionate and inspiring leader to join our team at KU South Turramurra Preschool. As our new Service Director, you will be responsible for leading our team of educators and supporting the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children
  • Collaborate with the Education and Quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to support their professional development
  • Contribute to the development of the preschool's strategic plan and budget
About You
  • At least 2 years of previous directing experience
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
  • Completed Child Protection Training and demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates, as well as separate approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
