The Bayside Group is seeking an experienced Building Auditor to join their esteemed client in undertaking critical projects across regional and metro Victoria.
About the Role
As a Building Auditor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting condition and compliance assessments on commercial buildings and facilities.
- Identifying building materials and various building elements.
- Crafting highly precise and detailed reports for each assessment.
- Ensuring accurate data capture and upload for each project.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain accuracy and work quality consistently.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
- Prior experience in conducting building fabric assessments or preparing condition reports.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to compose high-quality, well-considered reports.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- A professional demeanor and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
