About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at Workforce Australia For Individuals. As an HSE Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior management and trade personnel to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience working on site for construction projects.
  • Confidence in communicating and building relationships with senior management and trade personnel.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to health and safety.
  • Minimum Cert IV in Health and Safety.
