We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Landscape Designer to lead our project team. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscape design and construction projects, from concept to delivery.

As a Senior Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the needs of the community
  • Designing and documenting high-quality landscape projects that meet the City of Charles Sturt's standards
  • Mentoring and supervising junior staff members to develop their skills and expertise

About the Role

This is a full-time position, with a 38-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape design and project management
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
