About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead - Data Scientist to oversee data projects from inception to deployment. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of solutions that offer actionable insights and enhance workflow efficiencies for business teams.

You will guide non-technical stakeholders through the complexities of solving business challenges using data and technology, while also collaborating with technical experts like Solution Architects, Developers, and Data Engineers to design and implement robust data science pipeline solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. You should have strong background in Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), prompt engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), including experience with text representation and document processing.

In addition, you should be proficient in Python, experience with Generative AI framework, and Deep Learning algorithms for building Chatbots (OpenAI python packages, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pytorch, TensorFlow). Experience building Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solution end-to-end is also essential.

Requirements

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 per annum, plus benefits such as hybrid and flexible working arrangements, one wellbeing leave day per year, up to five additional days leave based on length of service, paid volunteer leave, and donation matching.
