We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fresh Convenience Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-presented.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, including promoting products, managing stock levels, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable.
