Job Title: Technology Visionary

The right individual will be responsible for shaping the technology roadmap, driving innovation, and overseeing the delivery of strategic initiatives that directly impact business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company's technology strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee and guide IT operations, software development, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.
  • Champion innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and optimization of existing systems.
  • Provide oversight on critical enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, WMS, POS, HRIS, Finance, Payroll, and Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Ensure robust risk management, governance, and security practices are in place.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing technology team.
  • Report to the CEO and Advisory Board, presenting clear updates on project status, risks, opportunities, and performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and brand forums.

About You:

We are seeking a seasoned executive with the ability to balance strategic foresight and hands-on leadership. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with the boardroom, their team, and technology vendors to achieve results.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven executive or senior technology leadership experience, ideally reporting to a governance or risk board.
  • Strong background across enterprise systems such as: CRM, ERP, PIM, WMS, POS, TMS, Payroll/Finance, HR Systems, LMS, Security, Middleware, eCommerce, SQL Server, Azure, AWS, .NET Development.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, digital transformation, and vendor negotiations.
  • Experience overseeing mobile app development, Power BI dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • A track record of fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and cultural change within a technology function.
